    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since these cameras never had an official AC power adapter, the problem may be with your choice of such 3rd party devices. I'd try at least one of them on battery to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Base station offline. App shows offline but lights are showing green.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Model vmb3010r2 not listed ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My Base station goes offline every other day.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All light are green/ok but in the app it says offline. There are 3 wirefree cameras attached with permanent power.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Checking my firmware it has been updated to 1.16.6.2_1106 which I can’t find a reference to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thank you for your answer. I’v tried to use batteries only, but that didn’t make a difference. It must be since the latest base station update.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After a reboot everything works fine, but within 24 hours it shows offline in the app.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see there was a new base station firmware update. Make sure you have it (compare what's listed in the base's device info with what was posted in the Firmware Release Notes section here).&amp;nbsp; Maybe reboot the base and see what happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
