Some videos cannot download on Chrome and Firefox but other videos will?

I have tried (unsuccessfully) to download an important June 2nd video...in both Google Chrome and Firefox.

Can not download it, but the video next to it in the Library (same day), WILL download.

Chrome is updated ...so is my ARLO firmware...still no download on the video I want.

How do I fix this?

What happens when you try to download it?

Do you have internet security software installed on the PC?

Have you tried downloading it on your phone?

When I click on "Download", it turns gray, but no download file appears.

I have Internet Security

I do not have a Smartphone

Now, some of the videos will only play for 47-48 seconds, instead of the 1 minute I set them up to play.

Some of these videos are crucial...I must be able to download them for the Police... how can this be fixed?
