    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Netgear Arlo has worked without a problem for a couple of years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently (having changed the batteries) both cameras detected movement for the first few hours then stopped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Different bateries&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re sync cameras&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Re start hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory reset hub&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleting the app on my iphone and installing on my wife's with a full reset of the system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Works for a couple of detections then camera(s) stop detecting movement&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried live streaming and making manual recordings when the cameras stop giving you motion alerts?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just harped last week about mine doing this same thing. We have done all resets to no avail as it still happens.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I hear you - but my own system &lt;EM&gt;isn't&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;doing this, so I still think normal troubleshooting steps are useful (since they might solve this problem in some case).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When they fail, then contacting support is useful - even if it doesn't immediately resolve the problem.&amp;nbsp; Arlo will escalate problems that affect a lot of users.&lt;/P&gt;
