With what application are you logging in? There have been reports recently that the iOS app is incorrectly reporting camera statuses.

If with the app, try accessing with the browser (Arlo.Netgear.com) or vice versa.

Any difference?

Cameras goes offline at least once a day. App shows battery status and signal strength, but says camera offline. I have to go to settings click on base and restart to bring them online again. This happens at least once a day. Please help.

Batteries were changed 2 days ago. Issue still continues. Signal strength for batteries is 75% to 100%. I tried having the base on different wifi channel and same channel as wifi network at home. Same thing. My Internet speed is 50/10 dw/up.

Pet1700,

When the cameras show offline, what is the behavior of the camera sync LED on the base station? Is it still lit showing the cameras are synced or is it unlit?
