    <description>&lt;P&gt;Maybe check that the base is showing up in your router's device list?&amp;nbsp; If it is, then you could try pinging it from a PC, and see if it responds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Base station not coming up in app.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Trying to set up some older model cameras in the app. Tap “add new device”, complete all the steps. App states that the base station is now active, but when I tap finish nothing shows up in the app but the “add new device” button.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I tap “start adding cameras” it just prompts me to add the base station again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve tried resetting the base station, deleting and downloading the app then restarting my device but I’m still going in circles. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Attempt to set up on the web if possible... my.arlo.com&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;the web seems more stable at times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will also eliminate the possible app problem with a phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Still no go, not even picking it up. Might just need to get myself a base station upgrade, the current one is fairly old now. Thanks anyway for the suggestion!</description>
