Internet keeps flashing green and stays on for a while and flashes again?

Hi ,

I am hoping that someone out there can help. I'm sure there is a post already in the group but i cant find it.

im setting up a VMB4000 but for some reason my internet light keeps flashing green and then stays on for a while and then flashes again. i do not have a manual to chek it. i also can not discover it via the app. any suggestions will be greatfully recived

That is now normal.... the internet light flashes now checking system/data to cloud/ etc

(In the past a couple yrs ago it just stayed green.)

But is it a purchase from another user? If so, it's prob connecting to the old owner and it must be released from the prev owners account in order for you to gain access on your account.

Thanks, i have also been able to conect to base station as well
