Arlo camera not syncing to arlo base station. Shows amber light with blue slow flashing light.

Hello, I have 3 arlo cameras, one of which had recently had an update but now it has amber light with blue slow flashing light. Ive charged the batteries and tried to sync also I have deactivated device on app but cant find it when trying to add device!

A firmware update that's in progress shows alternating blue/amber blinking. Is that what you're seeing? When you "deactivated" the camera, do you mean you removed it from Settings, My Devices and are trying to resync it? If that's what you did, what happens when you open and close the battery door - what does the camera LED show?

Yes thats what I did, when I put batteries back in it stays amber and has a slow flickering blue light
