Hello,

Not sure where this belongs or if there is a separate forum/thread for it. Will try to ask question and keep it simple.

My mother-in-law has an arlo VMC3000 series system that I am a member of. I have my own login and password with view only rights to her system.

My question is when I am looking at the Arlo app at the recordings, are those stored under my arlo user account?

I wanted to delete the video recordings, but didn’t want to delete them from everyone’s account.

Are the recordings account specific? If the primary user(aka mother in law) deletes the videos, do they automatically delete from my login?

Hope I didn’t make this too complicated. Will clarify of needed. Thanks.

The videos are stored under the primary user's account (your MIL's). Whoever deletes them deletes them for everyone. There's usually no reason to delete them since there have been too many instances of then someone wanting them back.
