&lt;P&gt;Try removing their grant access and re-invite them again. Have them click on the link they receive on their email and log in with the account again to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Granting access not working. They accepted and created an account but shows pending invite on mine.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I granted access to a friend, they accepted the invite, created an account, but it comes up as a new primary account, and wants devices setup. It still shows as pending invite in my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
