VMS3130 Before I sling this lot back to maplins...I'd like to know, if Arlo, actually have a phone number?.. 'Updating Rule', has decided to freeze the arlo app on my mobile.. All I done was change the sensitivity to 10, because all I see is 9 seconds of video, like the snapshot of the side of me as I walked up the garden path before I went behind the side wall of the house. I had increased the video run to one minute the other day, but again, it froze when 'Updating Rule', again.... I don't even see my neighbour getting in and out of her car, and the car pulling up.. I thought i'd bought a burglar deterrent.. Right now, it feels like i've bought something just to send me up the wall, especially as you don't even have a phone number? yet, all this technology you're selling!..Really not happy..

Found it now thank you.. I was trying to find my way round the site, whilst trying to find answers to my queries, whilst also trying to go out, but didn't want to go out without the modes working how I wanted.. and there's so much take in.. Thanks for your quick answer! 🙂

I agree. I paid $800 for this system and can not find a phone number for customer assistance.

Ready to pack it up and return to the store.
