Can't pair old base station

I tried setting up this old base station. After a reset, the app was able to find the base station. When I got to the part where I name the base, a message came up that it is unable to claim this device. Is there no longer support for this device?

All bases are still workable. It may be that the base is still in some account (yours?) and needs to be removed from Settings, My Devices.

Thanks, but no. This base station was never set up. I have a base station set up at our cabin. It and it's cameras are the only devices showing up on my settings.

If holding the reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber doesn't help, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
