    <description>Hello my cameras keep telling me they are offline at different times. One time it was all of the cameras and I unplug my router and plugged it back in and they came back within 5 minutes. Then about 10 minutes later two of the cameras went back offline. I need help thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This can be for a variety of reasons. &amp;nbsp;A quick thing to try is to log out and back in since it may simply be a display issue. Also, try both the app and browser since only one may be having an issue. &amp;nbsp;How far are the cameras from the base? &amp;nbsp;Distance and wireless interference may be an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The cameras are not very far from the base. Where the router and base unit are set up in the house they are Central to the cameras. They are roughly at the farthest 50 feet away. But some are less than 15 feet away. I turned off the base station and turned it back on and that has fixed the problem it seems for the time being. If I have any other problems I will reply thanks again for your response</description>
