How to increase recording time? Don't see pencil or other way to edit in mode section.

I am trying to increase the record time.

When I used the suggested help links there is no pencil or other way to edit in the Mode section.

Is there another way to increase the time?

Select the "record video" option that will allow you to adjust the time. You should have the pencil for it in the app. You can also try the web portal.

In the mode then the rules for each camera.

What are modes and rules and how does Arlo use them?

I created a new mode with increased time for one camera.

But I can't get two cameras to work at the same time, and my schedule mode is now unchecked.

How can I set more than one mode at a time?

I do not use a schedule so can't help you. You can read the FAQ here or call support below. Mabey someone who has a schedule will chime in.
