Arlo does not detect motion. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting Base Station and re-syncing.

Hello,

My Arlo camera is not detecting motion.

I’ve troubleshooted by doing the following:

- Disconnected the base station and reconnected.
- Removed the camera from the base station and re-synced it.
- Removed the battery from the camera, let it sit for 5 min and then powered on.
- Sensitivity is set at 100

Please advise.

Not to be foolish, but Are you adjusting the sense level in the MODE you armed with?

( not the test movement area )

goto

MODE, pick camera, hit pencil or ">" to edit, edit again on record , edit again on motion detected, adjust sense
