    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 4 cameras. 3 of them are fine. 1 will NOT connect to the internet. I have tried resetting it, resetting the base, changing the batteries, etc. does anybody know how to fix this? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to contact support, but the website takes me in circles. Is there a phone number to contact?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is no other way....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As to the camera, it's prob out of warranty ( 1 year ) if not def contact Arlo for replacement.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Best is to ensure the batteries are installed correctly and do a manual sync to base.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Press the base sync button ( do NOT hold ) and then the camera button while within 3 ft of base...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hopefully you'll see a slow blue flash to quick blue flash( means it worked&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
