Firmware update not downloading

Only one of my two Arlo wireless cameras is not updated to the latest firmware. The one over my Garage that is the furthest away from my WiFi router and Arlo base station did not update and will not despite repeated attempts. I even brought it inside the house, tried the battery lid lift and re-sync as well but still no luck.

If the signal is an issue or batteries are weak, updates won't occur. They're done overnight so you have to wait to see if it updates so having it near the base overnight would be the best way to test or swap the cameras around temporarily.
