&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;You may try to reboot the camera by removing &amp;amp; re-inserting the batteries&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;You can remove &amp;amp; re-add the camera from Settings &amp;gt; My Device (be sure to note any settings rules for the camera.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the following steps do not help,&amp;nbsp;Please contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue.
