Base station only has 2 green lights working

The base is connected, but am not able to sync camerasor phone- base is not discoverable- nor is camera.

HELP !!

The first two LEDs on the base ( from left ) should be on and Green ( power, Internet )

Have your Arlo camera handy, quickly press the sync button on the base ( don't hold )... about a sec or two the 3rd led on base will flash... At this point press the sync button on the camera. You should see slow blue flash then rapid blue flash on camera showing it sync'ed

The base is not accessible by any other wifi device , only the cameras.
