I’m having trouble connect my netgear arlo base station. It pops up on the devices but when I click on it, it appears that it is checking for updates but then another page pops up that firmware status cannot be checked. Can somebody help me with this problem please?

It may be necessary to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh to clear out weirdnesses. Be sure to note any settings, modes, rules and schedule to speed the rebuild.
