    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am curious as to whether anyone is experiencing very slow video retrieval of the history files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Earlier today, the video thumbnails came up black. When you tried to play them, the videos would not play - they just sat there at second zero (0). I suspect that Arlo central's website is having some sort of performance issue. The situation has improved a little in the last 30 minutes. By the way - I did reboot both my cable router and the VMB4000 Arlo server. No improvement. Other internet retrievals seem fine and we have pretty high bandwidth.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
