One camera no longer works after 3.5 years. Won't sync to Base Station. Tried removing and reset.

I have an older (3.5 years) camera. One has completely given out, no longer works. Two are working great. One will not sync to the base station. I have tried "removing" the device and adding it again (device is not detected). The batteries are full, I reset the base station, only held the sync button for two seconds, NOTHING is working. The light is blinking slow blue, but will not sync. On the app it just keeps giving me "no arlo devices found". Please advise.

pull battery out of camera, then replace

quickly press base sync button ( do not hold for 2 secs ) and then the camera button.

you may have to repeat a couple of times ( wait till base stops flashing ) and repeat above, but a quick blue flash means it worked

I appreciate your reply. I tried that three times, and the sync was unsuccessful. Anything else? Thank you in advance for your reply.
