    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem yesterday.&amp;nbsp; After 2.5 hours of messing around with it and almost two hours on the phone with Arlo, I finally got it to work.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Since I was the one being added, I had to disable my two-step authentication.&amp;nbsp; Follow these steps: &amp;nbsp; Have your son open the app, then click "Settings" (bottom right corner), then "Profile", then "Login Settings", then disable "Two-Step Authentication.&amp;nbsp; Resend the invite to him and then let him follow the instructions given from there.&amp;nbsp; Should work if you had the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sent several emails to son after granting access. Clicked on link but nothing happens.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sent my son several emails after granting access to our cameras. He receives the email, he clicks on the email link, logs into his account and never has an invite. I have deleted his invite, re-set his name/email address and he still does not get the invite. Any help??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
