Hi,

I have an Arlo camera system, currently base station and 2 cameras. All works fine.

I have purchased another camera, when I insert the batteries there is a shutter click sound twice and the blue light flashes once.

Then when I press the sync button, nothing at all.

Am I going wrong somewhere, has anyone experienced and solved the same issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The click sounds odd to me. Since nothing seems to work, swap at the store.

I'll occasionally get that and I've been told that's the mechanism for night vision. My one camera actually sticks in night vision and I'll get a red tint on picture in the daytime. Usually a good smack fixes everything. Learned that from Fonzie. Haha
