Standard Recording Duration

So, Arlo offers to save my recordings for a week for free.

I have only outdoor cameras currently and they only record 10 -12 times a day.

My question is, if I install some indoor cameras they will record quite a bit more than my outdoor cameras do.

If they are constantly tripped and recording inside, will it still record the whole time or is there a cap to how much it will record?

My intent is to record all movement indoors, even while we are at home. But this will create quite a large saved video file per day.

There's no limit as to how many recordings or their sizes in the free plan. And it won't be one large video file - it will be multiple smaller ones.
