Have you changed your sensitivity settings in your modes and rules?

Motion sensitivity seems to have diminished. Works great on test mode.

The motion sensitive seems to have diminished more than the poor quality it was when new.
When cameras are placed in test mode it is outstanding. However when placed in operating mode they won’t detect something one foot away.
Any ideas?

And that's in your modes and rules, not in the motion test, right? I'd try removing and resyncing the camera to see if that helps..

Both actually. I am wondering if light (very bright sun light) could be an issue. I have had to shield infrared sensors before (ie garage doors) to get them to work properly. What troubles me the most is that in test mode the motion detection is very good.
