    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I bought this Arlo camera recently (Amzon Renewed) and when I am going to add it to my account, after trying to give it a name, that message appears. I already reset it, I checked if the network is 2.4 and it is, I tried to connect it several times and there was no case, how can I solve this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"unable to claim this device". For help, contact the Arlo technical support team at support.arlo.com.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't seen that but I would suspect that the "Amazon renewed" system is the cause - the original purchaser didn't remove the system from his account after sending it back to Amazon. I'd suggest returning it and swapping for another.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm in Uruguay, It's very expensive for me sending back the camera and getting another one. Isn't there any other option?</description>
