Camera is stuck connecting & not recording

Whenever i try to access the video settings on the camera, all i get is a square with a circle that keeps spinning. When i finally get it to stop the camera will record motion once and then go back to that same circling while not recording anything. At the same time the internet light on the base will start to blink off and on. When this happens the circling reappears again. It's as if it loses connection and cannot sync with the camera again. The signal is good but not as strong as the closest cameras that work perfectly. When the light stays green without blinking everything works fine.

Hi @emilep

Can you try and move the camera closer to the base station to see if the issue follows the camera or the location?
