Simple question about two-step verification

Arlo makes it so hard to ask questions about simple things. Where is an email address for support? Do I really have to sit in front of my computer waiting for 21 other people to be served in live chat before asking such things?

Okay, on to the question. With two-step verification, will I have to go through two steps every time I go into my phone app to arm or disarm my system? As frequently as I do it, that will become too burdensome to bother with.

When setting up 2FA, you have the option to remember your device. I have provided more info regarding setting this feature up here. What is two-step verification and how do I set it up?
