Camera only records certain family members and not others

Has anyone had an issue where the camera only recorded certain family members and not others. I keep changing my password and yet my kids are able to come and go without being recorded.

Some camera systems have privacy limitations - ie they don't record minors or anyone under 1.2m tall, so if you are only detecting on AI they will not trigger, unsure if Arlo is in this group, the laws are changing so fast even their website struggling to keep up.

Try optimizing the motion detection by adjusting the camera position or raising the motion detection sensitivity and using the motion detection test to ensure that your camera is detecting motion properly. Feel free to refer to these articles:
