Water RESISTANT. You can't submerge them. Any of the outdoor cameras will resist weather, including heavy rain, well as long as the covers are properly closed and the seals undamaged.

VMB3010r2 is a base station model, not a camera model.

Arlo has some information on this here: https://kb.arlo.com/1705/Are-Arlo-cameras-weatherproof However, weather resistant is not the same as waterproof.

The original Arlo, the Pro, Pro-2, and Go cameras are spec'd at IP65 - water resistant, but not waterproof.

The Ultra and Pro3 datasheets don't include an IP rating. But mine (along with Pro-2s) are outdoors, and I haven't run into any issues with water.
