Arlo HD Camera Battery Life

I have a 3 camera setup, and I am using rechargeable batteries however

2 cameras the batteries last about 1 month

but the third camera only lasts about 1 week, these are all about the same distance from the base unit

I have now relocated the camera, but this has made no difference

any suggestions

Are they all the same battery types?

Are they 3.7v li-ion?

Maybe they are just a bad set of batteries... try swapping them.

As a PS, i check my rechargeables and match them up by voltage before putting in usage ...if possible try it also they should read about 4.15-4.19v when off charge

Contacted support, they said they could not help, as they did not deal with Europe, so would get someone to call me 24-48 hours, (that was 3 days ago)

put fully charged batteries in last Saturday, lasted until Wednesday (5 days) other cameras with same batteries fine

Did you use the Contact Support link at the bottom here and chose a European contact number?
