    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you know it's really offline and not a display issue? What are the LEDs on the base showing? If you have 3 green ones, it's online. Are you getting recordings? Have you tried getting a recording yourself? Have you tried force closing the app and reopen it? Have you tried rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app? Have you tried the web client to see if it's the same? We need all details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my basic arlo 5-cam system was operating fine, then yesterday, my app and arlo online shows my system is offline. my internet is operating properly and no one touched any componnent of the system before or after it went offline. anyone know what to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
