Arlo Go VML4030 Vodafone Camera doesn`t charge

Hello Community.

My Arlo Go system is no longer charging. Unfortunately, the camera does not flash when connected to the mains. As a result, monitoring no longer works. Do you have a contact person in 45130 Germany for me? Or is it possible to send in the camera within the warranty? Am I going to Vodafone or Arlo?

Does anybody have the same problem?

You could attempt to charge 6 x... to bring battery back if totally flat ( it may need a boost to start the charging process )
