&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting your router then the base station. That LED indicates an issue with the internet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>VMB3010 won't connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; The Globe light does not light and have tried to connect with no luck.&amp;nbsp; Have restarted, reset, changed cables.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Following the VMB3000 link comes up with "Page Not Found"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What are are all LEDs showing? Power and Internet should be green (yes, I know that Internet is off now). You can try holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and see if that helps. The Internet LED being off means no connection to the router itself which you can verify by checking the router's connected devices list to see if the base has been assigned an IP address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is a new system, you may need to swap at the store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
