    <description>&lt;P&gt;What is it with Arlo.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have not been using our cameras during a recent move (like last October). I cancelled our monthly cloud storage $10/month fee when we moved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then about 2 months later I noticed I was still being billed. I figured I must have made a cancellation mistake so I was willing to give-up 2 months fees and cancelled again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Four months after that (today) I see they charged me again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So ARLO&amp;nbsp;is wrong with you people.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;I feel better now after my rant, but I will never buy another ARLO product&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
