VMB 3000 with 3 cameras. Everything worked until unhooked but now Arlo app cannot find Base Station.

I purchased these Arlo cameras and Base station from my brother, everything was working when he unhooked it, but when i go to install it in my house, the arlo app cant find the base station, it will just continually search. I reset the base station and ran through the setup multiple times. I believe everything is hooked up correctly, but with it being such and old model maybe Arlo no longer supports it.

The 3000 base is still supported as it should work fine....

Several thing to check:

Move the base as far as possible from other wifi router/source

Virus protection , some interfere ( Kaspersky )

try with the web access instead of the app ( my.arlo.com )

Try to set up on another router
