FNeed to find photos from 6/28 that record a breakin. I cannot go back more than 6 days.

I need to be able to access photos of an intrusion that occurred on 6/28. On my iPhone I can only go back 9 days to July 1. Also when I am able to access this info how do I permanently capture this for future legal use? A non techi guy

Hi DrBob,

Thanks for writing in! It looks like your system is under the Premier plan which gives 30 days of Cloud Recordings.

However, if for example you purchase the Premier Plan on July 2nd, then the 30-day expiration would not apply to recordings prior to that date.
The 6/28 photos was deleted from your library under the original 7-day Basic Plan.

You can still view the deleted files in your Recycle Bin.
Please login your Arlo system using a personal computer: https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login
Once logged in, select the "Library" tab and navigate to "Recycle Bin". Here, you are able to view expired/deleted videos and select the Download button at the bottom.
