Have you rebooted the base?

( power off then on ) and wait 2 mins to come back and check icons

I have 5 cameras 2 are the pro 2 and wont show device info

Are they showing as off-line?

Have you tried taking the batteries out of the cameras and then reinserting them?

They work they just aren't showing wifi battery or any device info

Figured it out uninstalled my app reinstalled app works fine
