    <description>&lt;P&gt;Previously I have had no issue with the my.arlo.com site. Today I entered the correct user name and password, but eventually I would get a loading indicator for a second, then the cursor reverts to normal and nothing happens. If I wait for a minute after my login attempt I get a&amp;nbsp; "the request timed out"&amp;nbsp; out with a yellow toast popup. In the console I saw these errors:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Eventually I was able to get into the site after I kept trying, but it was not showing anything under library or devices. There was a lot more error spam in the dev console.&lt;/P&gt;

Says Arlo is unavailable then logs me out of app. It's recording and alerting to new motion and videos but library is unavailable and empty.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having issues logging to &lt;A href="https://my.arlo.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://my.arlo.com&lt;/A&gt; ?&amp;nbsp; Keep getting message the request timed - right away, at the *first* log in screen where it doesn't yet request credentials.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Doesn't matter what web browser, computer or OS I use - I am having no issues connecting to any other websites, just my.arlo.com ...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;UPDATE:&amp;nbsp; Now can get to the credentials page, but receive this error... I've cleared browser cache, doesn't help... are they having issues with the API, I wonder?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problem: Arlo 2 "Not Available"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fully charged Arlo 2 two days ago and starting from this morning, I kept seeing error message "Arlo is currently unavailable" when trying to access my camera via app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to log in via web page and kept seeing error message as well.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked my Base and all three lights are in stable green.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I checked outside and did not see any lights blinking on the camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Starting this morning I have been getting this pop-up when I try to log on to the Arlo app for Android: "We're sorry, Arlo is currently unavailable.  Please try again later.".&lt;BR /&gt;I am getting alerts and I seem to be able to log on and i can access the librsry but I cannot access any camera or flood light. &lt;BR /&gt;My app version is 2.16_27097.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any one else? &lt;BR /&gt;Any help?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;Brian</description>

      <description>Hi my app just updated yesterday.  Every since the update I am unable to login onto the app.  I am receiving no error messages etc its just showing me the arlo logo and then after avout 30secs its going back to the username and password screen.  My username and pass are being inputted 100% correctly. &lt;P&gt;It is acting very weird.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it takes forever to log-in&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes allows me in&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it won't let me in&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes kicks me out- Session suddenly times out for no reason&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes won't show me my cameras, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it won't allow me to set the "mode"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also saw a feature called picture in a picture.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It all worked fine on 4/30.&amp;nbsp; Today, it's acting very screwy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone else experiencing these issues?&lt;/P&gt;
