    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've brought an older model VMB3000 arlo HD 2 camera system.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It took my a while to get the base station to be recognized which is fine now but when i go through on the App to update firmware it just comes up with firmware failed to update.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've done a few hard resets, have power cycled and all the usual things and still the same result.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've used two different devices and it still won't update the firmware so I can even more onto the stage of installation.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I thought this would be an easy system to set up but so far it seems like a total dud.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Live chat isn't working. I've been on hold to connect to an agent for over 1.5 hours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If anybody is experiencing similar could you please reach out to me.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How did you reset the base? You need to hold the button until the LEDs flash amber.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
