My Arlo camera is offline. Changed batteries but camera flashes amber rapidly.

My arlo camera is offline I charged and changed the batteries. The camera flashes blue the rapidly flashes amber but the batteries are fully charged

Try briefly pressing the base sync button (don't hold it for 2 seconds) and then the camera sync button. If still no good, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync.
