. I have an in ground pool with a vinyl liner and have had guests puncture the liner with various large objects and by allowing large dogs in the pool. Which Arlo camera would be best for this and what subscription should I get? I would only review video if I find damage to the pool.- but the damage usually takes at least a week to show up (leaks), so I would need at least a week’s worth of saved video and it will be several hours long since guests are in the pool a lot.

I'm thinking you'd need a continuous video subscription, since the normal motion detection might not pick up what you are looking for. That would require getting AC power to the camera. The Pro2 would probably work for this, but if you need a wider field of view you should consider the ultra or pro3.

One challenge here is that the Arlo camera would be streaming the video continuously to the Arlo cloud for storage. There can be gaps due to wireless dropouts, and it would use your internet connection 24x7. You might also look into a cctv solution. That would use a wired ethernet connection to the camera, and would need a server on site to store the video.
