&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to configure VMB3500 in a different account, but I keep getting firmware update failed, - is it because the Base station has been configured in a different account?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it was properly removed form the old account ( remove device ), then there should be no issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try a full reset ( hold in the reset for about 10 ses till the led flashes ) and then it should work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
