I just purchased Arlo and it connected fine to my iPad and iPhone. However, I do not have the icons to maximize the frame size to full screen. On the iPad the live stream is about 2 inches across. On the iPhone the picture takes up half the screen. All updates are up to date on Arlo app and IOS. Support had no idea. Any suggestions how to turn picture into full screen would be appreciated. Firmware 1.3.319

I can’t seem to figure out how to watch the live feed in full screen mode. I have an iPhone XR and the camera works great but I would like to be able to see it on the full screen not just the top portion. Any ideas how to fix this?

When you tap on the live screen feed after it connects, are you not seeing the full screen icon on the top-right corner?
