      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did 3 months of emails back and forth.&amp;nbsp; They would take 3 weeks to respond to me.&amp;nbsp; Every new person that answered the email would start the same way.&amp;nbsp; Restart the base, resync the cameras, put fresh batteries in the camera.&amp;nbsp; I don't even think they were looking at what my issues were.&amp;nbsp; It was a complete waste of time to try and talk to the tech support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
