The best way is to rotate the camera down so the street isn't in view. You may need to move the camera and/or use a threaded outdoor mount to do this.

Have you tried 'Video Settings'? I have to exclude street view from mine.

Open app click 'Devices', (if not on that already.) You should see your cameras.

Click on 'Settings' on Camera you need to adjust,

Scroll down to 'Video Settings'

You can change the areas that is being covered with the 'Zoom' and position it.
