    <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you know that it shows as being connected? Did someone check the LEDs for you? There should be 3 green ones.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I occasionally have the ap showing me things are offline but a quick force stop on the app and reopening it clears the issue. No idea what causes that but...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also try a browser to see if there's a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, use of a UPS for your modem, router and base prevents certain issues from occurring such as lack of connection due to power loss and a WiFi switch such as a WeMo that the base plugs into can be useful to allow you to power cycle the base remotely when it's offline.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
