Adding a new camera to an existing base station. Pressed sync on Base Station & camera but nothing.

I need to add a wirefree camera to my base station. I pressed the sync button on the base station, then the button on top of the new camera, but no link was established.

If I press the sync button on the base station, will I lose connectivity with existing cameras? What am I doing wrong.

When I try to add a camera, it says no new camera detected. Thanks.

It should be easy....

Just press the base sync button ( do NOT hold ) quickly ( you should see the led on base flashing ) and then the camera.

slow blue on camera to fast means it worked

I was not logged in as the primary user. I changed log in and there it was. No info on that issue. But fixed. Thanks.

A new camera doesn't automatically show for a person that was granted access. The primary must go into that person's settings in Grant Access and add the camera.
