Be sure to just gently place the batteries in the camera and let the battery door push them down. Check your contacts for corrosions/dirt. You may need to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

I'm having issues with both of my arlo wireless cameras. I have rechargeable batteries in them and they go almost empty the moment I put them in (they drop to 16-17% in like 3 min). They do the same with regular batteries aswell. The rechargeable ones are tested and working as they should. There's something wrong with the cameras. Any suggestions?

The batteries and the cameras are all super clean. I tried to chat with the support but it seems like I'm not able to from Sweden. I rather not make an expensive call to the support either.
