Can’t view camera in web portal. Getting error "invalid address" when trying to view cameras.

I get the error “invalid address” when I click on view cameras in My Arlo web portal.

Yes, my.arlo.com
Tried safari and Firefox, neither will work for viewing cameras on portal. Both say invalid address

That kinda sounds like a DNS problem. STart by rebooting your router, base and computer, in that order.

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I can’t view mine from my iPhone, saying “invalid address”. I’d like to manage from my computer and phone. What’s the address? Doubtful everyone could have router problems.

Hi Kfinnd,

Have you tried what jguerdat mentioned above? And try on cellular data to see if you're able to view your cameras.
